Returns

Thank you for shopping with us!

We hope you love your Morgan Kade purchase, but if for any reason you do not, we will gladly accept returns for store credit if the purchase meets the following requirements:
  • The item has not been used, washed, stained (including makeup and deodorant), altered, damaged or worn.
  • All tags are still intact and attached to the garment.
  • We receive the merchandise within 14 days after it was delivered to you.
If a returned item does not meet these criteria, it will be shipped back at the customer's expense.
 
How to Return an Item:
1. Re-package your item(s) and include a copy of the receipt and/or your order number. You can return your item(s) in the original packaging or whatever packaging you choose. Please do not staple any bags as it can damage the item(s).
2. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Send the package via the carrier of your choice (one with tracking is highly recommended, as we are not responsible for lost packages) to the following address:

3. If the item(s) meet all of the criteria listed in the return policy above, a gift card will be issued once we receive your return. The gift card/store credit will be sent via email to the address used at checkout. Please allow 3-5 days for us to process your return.

Damaged Items/Order Errors:
If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact jennifer@morgankade.com within two days of receiving your order so that we can help correct the problem.
Exchanges
Our inventory changes daily, so we do not facilitate exchanges. If another size is needed, please return the original item following the process outlined above and then re-order the item in the new size, if it is still in stock.
